    Preorder TAT: 2-4 weeks (after closing date given in VIP group.)

    Custom TAT: 4-6 weeks (after closing date as well.)

    RTS TAT: 4-7 Business Days

    MTO Handmade TAT: 20 - 25 Business Days

    *weekends & holidays NOT included*

    •• If you order any RTS/MTO items with any Preorder items, RTS/MTO items will ship with Preorder TAT! It’s the same with CUSTOM items!

    •• If you order any Preorder items with CUSTOM preorder items, those will have the CUSTOM TAT! It’s the same way for RTS/MTO Items ordered with preorder items!

  • Refund Policy

    •• We do NOT give refunds before given TAT.

    •• Refund amounts DO NOT include shipping costs.

    •• If your order has NOT shipped by Given TAT and you need/want a refund, shopify will take that into consideration.
